Client’s Scope:

Inglett & Stubbs International (ISI) delivered multiple generators (ranging from 200kW to 1MW in size), automated fuel systems (containerized fuel tanks, fuel pump skids, and interconnecting materials), low voltage distribution equipment (transfer switches, SWGR (3000A and below, Switchboards, frequency converters), over 10,000 feet of cabling (300mm2, 4C, armored and below), and multiple miscellaneous electrical materials to undisclosed locations in the Middle East in support of the US Military.  

Challenges and ISI Response:

This procurement contract required the supply of equipment and materials from five countries which required collaboration and coordination from multiple companies. All items were consolidated into one location for one forward movement to the End-User.

The Result:

This procurement involved furnishing equipment and related miscellaneous materials for delivery to an undisclosed location in the Middle East. ISI coordinated shipment notifications, obtained all necessary local and foreign documentation, and complied with safety, design, and installation standards outlined in various regulations. The period of performance for the Project was 200 days from notice to Proceed.
